Cancellation Policy
Booking & Payment • Full payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your session. • Bookings are not considered secured until payment has been received. VIP Intake Form (applicable to Reallocation Strategy Session, Fast-Track Website & Visual Branding and Design services) • Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive a VIP intake form by email. • This form must be completed and submitted within 48 hours of booking (or at least 48 hours before your scheduled session, whichever comes first). • Your session cannot proceed without a completed intake form, as it provides the foundation for your personalized strategy. Rescheduling & Cancellations • Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 48 hours’ notice. • Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the session are non-refundable. • In the event of a no-show, the session will be forfeited without refund. Refund Policy • Payments are non-refundable once booking is confirmed, as preparation begins immediately upon receipt of your intake form. • If you are unable to attend, you may reschedule once within 30 days of the original booking date. Client Responsibility • It is the client’s responsibility to ensure they have submitted the intake form on time and are available for the scheduled session. • Late arrival beyond 15 minutes may result in forfeiture of the session. Delivery of Service • Your session will be conducted virtually via Zoom. Please Note: Sessions must be booked at least 72 hours in advance. Intake forms are due 48 hours before your session to allow adequate preparation.
