POLICIES

These policies outline how Hive & Heart operates, so every client knows exactly what to expect. By booking and paying for a service, you confirm that you have read and agree to the terms below.

General Policies

  • Payment: Full payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your service.

  • Refunds: All payments are non-refundable.

  • Rescheduling: If rescheduling is allowed, your payment will be applied to the new booking. If you fail to reschedule within the allotted time for that service, your booking will be forfeited.

  • Intake Forms: For services that require a VIP Intake Form, the form must be completed within 48 hours of booking and no later than 48 hours before your session or project start.

  • Responsibility: It is the client’s responsibility to provide accurate information, show up on time for sessions, and deliver requested materials on schedule.

 

Service-Specific Policies

⚫ Website Audit

  • Deliverable: A written audit report delivered by email.

  • Timeline: Delivered within 2 business days of receiving your form and payment.

  • No meeting is required.

  • Refunds are not available once booking is confirmed.

 

⚫ Reallocation Strategy Session

  • Service: A 1:1 virtual session designed to clarify and reframe your brand strategy.

  • Intake Form: Must be completed 48 hours before the session. Late submissions will result in rescheduling.

  • Rescheduling: Sessions may be rescheduled once within 7 days. No-shows or repeated missed deadlines may result in forfeiture.

  • Refunds: Non-refundable.

 

⚫ Fast-Track Website

  • Service: Done-with-you website build including strategy, design, and starter ad campaign.

  • Contract: A signed service agreement is required before the Strategy Call.

  • Intake Form: Must be submitted on time. Delays in providing copy, images, or requested content will delay the project.

  • Rescheduling:

    • Intake form or contract not completed by the deadline = project automatically moved to the next available slot.

    • Client may request reschedule once within 14 days, subject to Provider’s availability.

  • No-shows/missed deadlines:

    • If the client fails to attend the Strategy Call (Fast-Track) without notice, the project will be delayed or forfeited.

    • Repeated missed deadlines for materials or communication may result in cancellation without refund.

  • Refunds: Non-refundable.

 

⚫ Visual Branding & Design

  • Service: Custom brand identity design and assets.

  • Contract: A signed service agreement is required before the Brand Discovery Call.

  • Intake Form: Must be submitted on time. Delays in providing requested information will delay the project.

  • Revisions: Limited to 2 rounds, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • Rescheduling:

    • Intake form or contract not completed by the deadline = project automatically moved to the next available slot.

    • Client may request reschedule once within 14 days, subject to Provider’s availability.

  • No-shows/missed deadlines:

    • If the client fails to attend the Discovery Call (Branding) without notice, the project will be delayed or forfeited.

    • Repeated missed deadlines for materials or communication may result in cancellation without refund.

  • Refunds: Non-refundable.

 

Intellectual Property

  • Final deliverables (website, branding, designs, reports) belong to the client once full payment is received.

  • Hive & Heart retains ownership of all internal frameworks, tools, and draft materials used in delivery.

  • Hive & Heart reserves the right to showcase completed projects in portfolios and marketing unless the client requests otherwise in writing.

 

Governing Law

These policies are governed by the laws of Jamaica.

 

Agreement

By booking and paying for any Hive & Heart service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these policies.
