Service Description
This page is for confirmed clients who need to reschedule an existing booking because their VIP Intake Form was submitted late (within 48 hours of the scheduled session). Your payment has already been applied, so there’s no charge to reschedule. This link simply allows you to select a new time that works for both of us. How it Works 1. Choose a new session time from the availability window. 2. Your previously completed VIP Intake Form will remain on file. 3. If you do not reschedule within 7 days, your booking will be forfeited according to our policy. Important This link is for rescheduling only. Cancellation Policy
Booking & Payment • Full payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your session. • Bookings are not considered secured until payment has been received. VIP Intake Form (applicable to Reallocation Strategy Session, Fast-Track Website & Visual Branding and Design services) • Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive a VIP intake form by email. • This form must be completed and submitted within 48 hours of booking (or at least 48 hours before your scheduled session, whichever comes first). • Your session cannot proceed without a completed intake form, as it provides the foundation for your personalized strategy. Rescheduling & Cancellations • Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 48 hours’ notice. • Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the session are non-refundable. • In the event of a no-show, the session will be forfeited without refund. Refund Policy • Payments are non-refundable once booking is confirmed, as preparation begins immediately upon receipt of your intake form. • If you are unable to attend, you may reschedule once within 30 days of the original booking date. Client Responsibility • It is the client’s responsibility to ensure they have submitted the intake form on time and are available for the scheduled session. • Late arrival beyond 15 minutes may result in forfeiture of the session. Delivery of Service • Your session will be conducted virtually via Zoom. Please Note: Sessions must be booked at least 72 hours in advance. Intake forms are due 48 hours before your session to allow adequate preparation.
