We’ll walk you through our process, answer your questions, and help you see if Hive & Heart is the right match for your goals. No pitch. No pressure. Just clarity.
Cancellation Policy
1. Purpose The Hive & Heart Clarity Call is a complimentary 30-minute video session designed to help you understand our approach and see which service best fits your goals. It’s an informational and alignment call, not a coaching or strategy session. During the call, we’ll: - Walk you through Hive & Heart’s philosophy and offers. - Answer questions about our services and process. - Help you identify which package aligns with your stage and goals. If you’re ready to move forward, we’ll guide you on next steps. 2. What This Call Is Not To keep things fair and focused, please note this is not: - A full brand audit or strategy session. - A design consultation or creative critique. - A place to request proposals, or mockups. Those are included inside our paid services and strategy sessions. 3. Booking - All calls must be booked at least 24 hours in advance. - You’ll receive a confirmation email with your meeting link. - Please double-check your email address and timezone before booking. 4. Attendance & Rescheduling - If you need to reschedule, please do so at least 12 hours before your appointment using the reschedule link in your confirmation email. - Missed calls without prior notice may not be rebooked. - Repeat no-shows will be ineligible for future complimentary sessions. 5. Time Respect We value your time and ours. Each call runs 30 minutes and starts promptly. If you join late, the session will still end at the scheduled time to respect the next appointment. 6. Confidentiality Everything shared during the call remains confidential. We ask the same courtesy from you. Please don’t record or distribute any portion of the conversation without written consent. 7. Next Steps After the call, you’ll receive a short recap email with recommended next steps or the service that best fits your needs. Booking a Clarity Call does not reserve a project slot; space is only confirmed upon payment for a selected package.
