The Fit Call gives you space to feel 100% confident before booking, to make sure the process feels clear and that this package is the right fit for you. The Strategy Session, which comes after booking, is where we actually dive into your vision and map out the site together. NB: This Fit Call is designed for business owners who are serious about launching their website soon. If you’re still exploring your options, we recommend waiting until you’re ready to move forward.
Cancellation Policy
Duration: Each Fit Call is 15 minutes. Please come prepared with your key questions so we can use the time efficiently. Purpose: This call is designed to confirm whether FastTrack Website or Visual Branding & Design is the right service for you. It is not a strategy session. Full strategy begins after booking and payment. Readiness: Fit Calls are reserved for business owners who are ready to move forward within the next few weeks. If you’re not ready yet, please wait until you are before booking. Scheduling: Calls must be scheduled within 3 business days of requesting. Rescheduling is allowed with at least 24 hours’ notice. No-Shows: If you miss your scheduled Fit Call without notice, future bookings may not be accepted. Next Step: After the Fit Call, if the service is a good fit, your next step will be booking and paying to secure your project slot.
